Indulgent Festive Food That Brings Your Guests Together (Part 2)
Wednesday, December 15, 2021
Christmas is all about indulging a little and sharing precious
time with our loved ones. That’s why we’ve partnered with Siemens to create and
share a range of festive bite-size dishes which are quick and easy to make
thanks to a variety of time saving Siemens appliance features. They are designed
not only impress your guests and be easy to share over conversation, but also
to give you maximum time at the table rather than being tucked away in the
kitchen.

Salmon Apetizers in half the time
with 4D Hot air & microwave in one
A unique and rather handy feature of the Siemens studioLine
oven with microwave function is that it has combined 4D hotAir and microwave
functionality in one. With no pre-heat required, this will shorten the usual ‘in oven’ time of many dishes.

each spoon with salmon cube on top of the oranges. Garnish with dill or rocket and serve warm.
Cook both crisp and soft meat
with pulse steam & 4D hot air
When
it comes to meat at Christmas it’s all about creating a soft, tender texture, and
a delicious crust with beautiful colouration. This is where Siemens studioLine
oven offering a combination of both pulseSteam and 4D hotAir helps to perfect
this every time. The pulse steam helps to add moisture for a softer meat, whist
crisping the perfect finish with 4D hotAir. In addition the oven will turn
itself off (when using the temperature probe) when the optimum food temperature
is reached, so that you can perfectly time the best result without fail.
